Pick a backup and click Restore: we put the files (and optionally the database) straight back on your server. You can also restore a single folder, download one file, or download the whole backup as a standard .tar.gz.
What happens if a backup fails?
You get an email straight away with the reason, like a changed password or a full disk, and the dashboard shows the full log. We keep your last good backup no matter how old it gets.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month. Downgrading never deletes anything right away: your backups stay until they age out of the new plan's retention.
